Here is yet another Ubuntu howtos. This tells you howto enable compiz on an ATI HD based computer. I had to suffer through the day of hard work, so you don’t have to.

Unfortunately, my laptop’s hard drive recently received a 0142 error for its hard drive. This basically means that I have a bad disk. Although this laptop still boots, I cannot risk saving any datas on it. I can also post via my desktop PC, it will take time to set up.
